From your inputs to a usable result
01
Approve tasks and people
Choose from 80 described household tasks, edit estimates and explicitly approve eligible people. Set each person’s available days and minute limits.
02
Build a rotation
Choose one of 12 patterns per task and plan one to four weeks. The bounded solver keeps locked and completed assignments, then balances coverage and agreed effort shares.
03
Review the whole schedule
Inspect unassigned work and constraint errors, adjust assignments and record completion. Export TXT instructions, a CSV schedule or a JSON backup.
Before you start
Where is my project saved?
Projects are saved in this browser for this site account. Download a JSON backup before changing devices or clearing browser storage.
How does it decide who can do a task?
You explicitly choose eligible people and available days. The app does not infer suitability from age or assess ability. A household adult must approve tasks, methods and required supervision.
Does a suggestion guarantee a perfect rotation?
No. Six bounded deterministic passes and limited conflict repair prioritize assigned work and weighted effort balance. Minute limits and eligibility are enforced, but unassigned work is not proof that no feasible plan exists. Review and adjust the plan.
What happens when I rebuild?
Locked assignments and work you marked complete remain assigned. Invalid locked entries must be reviewed first. Unlocked incomplete assignments can change; Undo and project backups retain ways to recover an earlier plan.
Can I export a partial plan?
Yes. Unassigned tasks are clearly labeled with review reasons. Assignments that violate eligibility, availability or time limits block export until corrected. No messages or reminders are sent.
Can I resume later?
Reopen the saved project on this browser and account, or restore its JSON backup. Keep backups in a place you trust because they include your supplied material.
