From your inputs to a usable result
01
Describe the whole group
Set age range, players, space, participation limits, time and materials. Excluded activities show which condition prevents a match.
02
Build a practical rundown
Choose from 120 described activities or generate a suggestion. Review setup, play, reset and transition time, then adjust the order and host notes.
03
Bring usable instructions
Export a TXT host run sheet with the selected game instructions and total materials, or a CSV schedule. Save a JSON project backup to revise later.
Before you start
Where is my project saved?
Projects are saved in this browser for this site account. Download a JSON backup before changing devices or clearing browser storage.
How does matching work?
The app checks each activity against the supplied group, venue, participation and material limits. It shows exclusion reasons. Suggestions are bounded plans, not exhaustive optimum schedules or assessments of individual abilities.
Will the whole event fit my supplies?
Paper is counted across every selected activity. Reusable props use the largest simultaneous requirement because games run sequentially. The rundown includes setup, reset and transition minutes; exports stay unavailable while its constraints are unresolved.
Can I adapt a game?
Review the supplied adaptation ideas, adjust its planned play time within the suggested range and add host notes. If your adaptation changes a required material or participation condition, account for that explicitly yourself; the matcher checks the described library version.
Can I resume later?
Reopen the saved project on this browser and account, or restore its JSON backup. Keep backups in a place you trust because they include your supplied material.
