From your inputs to a usable result
01
Choose actual quest locations
Browse sixty original location briefs and 180 clues. Name the places you can use, add public area hints, confirm availability and retain private placement notes.
02
Connect the clue trail
Build an order that respects start, finish, fixed positions, before/after rules and optional changes of area. Every included stop appears once.
03
Place the cards with the host key
Hand out C1, place each next clue using the separate host key and finish at the final card. Export PDF, PNG, SVG, a host CSV or an exact project backup.
Before you start
Where is my project saved?
Projects are saved in this browser for this site account. Download a JSON backup before changing devices or clearing browser storage.
What connects the quest?
C1 is handed to the players and points to the first destination. That place holds C2, which points to the next destination. The last place holds FINISH. The host key lists every placement and answer.
What does the solver check?
It uses every included location once while respecting supplied endpoints, fixed positions, before/after rules and optional area changes. Search is bounded at 50,000 states. A limit result does not prove that a route is impossible.
Does a generated route verify the real space?
No. The host confirms each actual location, reachable card placement and clue fit. Library locations are suggestions. The software checks the entered sequence, not physical conditions.
Can I add my own location or change a clue?
Yes. Custom locations need a written clue. A library clue can be overridden without altering the source library. Distinct public areas or hints are required when a location type is repeated.
Do player cards reveal the host key?
Player cards contain the clue, public search area and optional hint. Location names, private notes and placement instructions stay in the separate host key and project backup.
Can I resume later?
Reopen the saved project on this browser and account, or restore its JSON backup. Keep backups in a place you trust because they include your supplied material.
